Kaylee Bao is an independent producer and director with a versatile portfolio spanning film, branded content, TV commercials, and short-form video.

Her work has been recognized by festivals such as the Sasqwatch International Film Festival and the Rhode Island International Film Festival, and has earned awards from the Independent Shorts Awards.

With professional experience in both China and the U.S., Kaylee brings a global perspective and a collaborative approach to every project. In 2022, she produced her first independent feature, This is Water, currently in post-production. She has also contributed to projects with Buffalo 8 and the Newport Beach International Film Festival, building a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process—from development through distribution.
